AUVAREL is operated by Syndicate Group International (ABN 81 178 856 596). This notice explains how information is handled for our Father’s Day gifting service.

What we collect

We collect buyer contact details; recipient name and mobile number; delivery address, suburb, postcode, date and instructions; quiz preferences and matched profile; gift tier; card message and personalisation choices; and an uploaded photo when you choose to provide one. We also receive basic device and technical information needed to operate and secure the site.

How we use it

We use this information to provide the quiz and fragrance match, validate fulfilment, create and confirm orders, take payment, prepare and personalise gifts, communicate about an order, provide support, prevent misuse and meet legal and business recordkeeping obligations.

Payments, hosting and storage

Payments are processed by Stripe on its hosted checkout. AUVAREL does not receive or store your full card number. Order information is held in our hosted application database. Optional photos are held in private object storage for fulfilment. These providers process information for us as needed to deliver their services.

Analytics and advertising

Optional analytics and advertising remain off unless you select “Allow all”. With that consent, we may record site events, campaign attribution, matched profile, selected tier and checkout activity, and send related device or event information to Meta. Google Analytics is used only when it is configured. We do not send card messages, photos, recipient contact details or individual quiz answers to advertising platforms.

Overseas processing

Some technology providers operate global infrastructure and may process information outside Australia under their own privacy terms. We do not claim that all processing occurs in a particular overseas jurisdiction.

Retention and deletion

Order records are kept for fulfilment, customer support and applicable recordkeeping needs. Uploaded photos are kept privately for fulfilment and may be deleted through operational housekeeping or following a valid request, unless continued retention is reasonably required. We do not currently promise a fixed automated deletion period.

To request access to or correction of your information, ask about deletion, or make a privacy complaint, email auvarel@syndicategroup.au. Please include enough information for us to identify the relevant order. We will review and respond within a reasonable period.
